Empowering your student to thrive in school and life with 1-on-1 coaching.
Tired of Constant Reminders
and Daily Battles?
You’re spending hours reminding, re-reminding, and picking up the pieces—again. You know your child is capable, but the daily chaos makes it hard to see a way forward.
At home or at school, the same patterns show up: missed deadlines, forgotten materials, emotional outbursts. You’re managing the fallout and wondering what you’re missing.
You know your child is bright, but their Executive Function challenges keep getting in the way. It’s hard to watch them shut down or give up when you know they have so much to offer.
That’s where I come in, your personal Executive Function coach.
Whether your child has a diagnosis like ADHD or Autism or you’re just looking for more structure (and less chaos) at home, you’re in the right place.
I work one-on-one with students and families to build essential Executive Function skills—like managing time, staying organized, handling frustration, and following through, especially when things are hard or boring.
When kids develop these skills, life gets easier—for them and for you. The power struggles fade. The second-guessing quiets. You’re no longer doing all the thinking alone.
I use a neurodiversity-affirming, brain-first approach. Your child isn’t lazy or defiant—they’re lacking skills. The good news? Skills can be taught.
Together, we’ll help your child better understand their brain and build the tools they need to succeed with more calm, clarity, and connection.

Hi, I'm Carrie.
As a veteran teacher, lifelong list-maker, and Executive Function coach, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the challenges students face in school and life. I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be for parents trying to support students who struggle with focus, organization and motivation.
I’ve worked with hundreds of families, helping them build practical skills and compassionate strategies that empower students to thrive. Together, we focus on developing confidence, independence and success—in the classroom and beyond.
I’m here to support your family as you build a clear path forward.
“I am not exaggerating when I say my life has changed for the better with the removal of some chaos and the addition of some control. I’m confident my high schooler will continue to benefit from this coaching as he works to incorporate it into his life and determine what works best for him.”
- Gail, parent of 10th grader
“As a parent, I loved how Carrie helped our middle schooler create the tools needed to get the most out of school and organize his work to thrive. I wish I could have learned these lessons earlier in my own life! Thank you!”
- Gene, parent of 8th grader
